Up until a few years ago, I was quite fit. However, I gained 50 pounds in six months. I can not seem to get this weight off. I have done and tried everything. I am looking for a very intense workout. I really want to be able to wear shorts this summer and not feel bad about myself. I am willing to workout 2 hours a day. I am the type of person that if I don't see results fairly fast-I'll quit. However, I am the type of person that is willing to work extremely hard. Therefore, weighing the aspects of my personality I know that I need a very intense workout. Some may argue that I want to start slow...but I know my personality. I've done the research and realize that weight lifting is best, but I can not afford membership to a gym or gym equipment right now. Therefore, I'm looking for plain cardiovascular or toning exercises. If anyone can help me...I would really appreciate it. As far a food, I'm doing Weight Watchers. Should I do something else?
