need some help with my diet any tips want that six pack bad

meal 1 oatmeal orange 2 egg whites


meal 2 tunafish on wheat bread,salad,

meal 3 peanut butter sanwhich on wheat bead apple, banana



meal4 protein shake


meal 5 chicken vegtable cottage cheese



meal6 4 egg whites protein drink...

jnellie - are you just looking for a cut diet? If so, I'd knock down on some of the carbs and high GI stuff. Swap out some of the fruits for green leafy type veggies

I am in no way an expert, but it seems like your fat intake is a bit low, unless you're using a good amount of peanut butter on that sandwich, and your carbs might be a bit high; but then again I guess it all depends on what's in those protein shakes. But if you want to lower your carb intake, you could substitute a peach for one of those other fruits or maybe 10-20 grapes. But it's not like I've sat here and calculated all of this, so maybe I am just babbling.

You may want to cut out the bread with your tuna and just add your tuna to your salad. It will be lower in carbs, but you will still have your protein.....just a suggestion.
