i do take protein and creatine after every work out wich is about 9pm every night.
can anyone guide me to some direction to get rid of some fat
I cannot stress enough the importance of diet. Eat low calorie foods, but decrease calorie intake slowly. Too fast and your body will go into survival mode and start burning muscle as well. Also up the amount of cardio you do each week and change it up to prevent you body from getting used to the excercise.
