Ok we have started football training for our school, today was our chest day, and it consisted of incline benching, decline benching, regular pressing, and a few more chest exercises. I did the exercises fine and felt great, but now i feel strange pains in the sides of my chest, nothing killer, just annoying. AN example of the pain, would be becnh pressing, and trying to do a push up the next day while sore.
if i try to lift a heavy book i might feel aslight pain, or if i push my hands together, like im praying, there is also a pain.
im not sure what to do, because i received a few compliments of having good form, do you think i just overworked my chest or what?

You just got DOMS delayed onset muscle sorness just try to rest your chest and get good food/nutrients in ya
Doms isnt a bad thing either just means you worked the muscle and its now building up for the next time you do that routine hopefully youll be stronger if you recover right

hey i think its normal i work out everyday in a way that i get this soar pain just like day 1 its good for you. keep on doing benches you will be fine in a week. if it snnoys you alot just take a pain killer tab thats it

DONT take pain killers.... thats just tricking your mind your alright when really you aint then u mite do something worse to ya..
