Im 16 weigh 150 at 5'8. I know low weight.. believe me it blows, i eat lots, just not always having time at school or practice for football. The thing is id like to expand my chest and traps, i know shrugs but does anyone know of any lifts, food, dont want to turn to supplements but can help. Let me know, my goal is to literally make 180 supposed to be 5'11 - 6 ft full height, but if i get above 5'10 im going for 210 weight. Thanks let me know!

Just stick with the basic compound movements and EAT. If you are not gaining then you are not eating enough of the right foods. Squats, Deadlifts, Over Head Presses, Rows, Bench, Dips, Chins, etc.... They all have variations so you you have plenty of options.

Plan and simple you need to eat.

Pack stuff for the road.
Granola bars
Nuts
Protein shake

Just put it in you bag and eat in between class...right before practice, after practice...just eat.

I try to eat as much as possible, but now that i think about it, i should just bring a nike cleat bag and throw all kinds of stuff in it. I eat a lot though bro, but its a little harder with timing to eat between but i try you know. Funny thing is im already working on scholarships with D1s but of course we all can use help!

I don't care how much you are currently eating, if you are not gaining weight then it is not enough...period.

Why is that funny? Unless you run a 4 second 40, I can't see many D1 programs looking at someone that weighs 150 and maxes 205 on a "good day", which probably means with the right spotter.

Regardless, no one asked how much you eat now. However much it is, it needs to be more. I've also noticed that many people tend to underestimate how much they actually eat.

Im getting looked at cause i recently lost wieght, and gaining it back, they liked film, and what can i say. Its a 4.5 40, And no "good day" means, i pulled both wrist so on a good day when there not on the bad side, custered or tight cause joint lock, and i just hit 245 today, so i guess i can just change that! I also think we underestimate that, and i think it all only happens while im not busy (class, out, or doing something else).
Oh and dude look at rosters for D1s theres guys that wieght less then 140 and recieved full rides, not to mention i plan on hitting a jc for a year or two, more experience and time to grow. I know im not ready for a univ.
