Hey guys...
I was just wondering what are good everyday excercises that i can do at home for the build up my back muscles and shoulder muscles, i also dont have access to many different weights, but if need to, i will get some. I just want to know some good excercises and what i should do to build up my back&shoulders??????? thanks for the help!
If you're able to get more weights or join a gym, I'd recommend it.
