Hi..... since i can remember my elbows and knees click very loudly every time i move then, e.g bending down of stretching out, i was just wondering if this is coaused by working out?
Did they start doing that after you started working out? If so any idea what exercises they started to do that after? Like did your knees start to do a while after you tried squatting for the first time. I'm really not too sure how exercise could make a joint do a clicking sound.. my shoulder squeaks sometimes but even though it rarely happens it's been doing it before I ever started working out... try to make sure your using the correct form for things that use those joints and maybe don't lock out your arms and legs at the top of those movements (things like squats.. tricep extensions.. etc)
Other members have posted popping sounds when working out. My shoulders pop sometimes when performing specific exercises. As long as it doesn't hurt, you should be fine.
