Hi im 14 and i dont have and free weights i cant get them right now cause im low on cash does anyone know wwhat i can use instead of free weights??:dumbbell::(
You can also adapt some callisthenic exercises eg. do pressups with your hands on two dining room chairs, do sissy squats for your legs and calf raises on one leg at a time using the stairs in your house. You can also improvise with stuff you may have around the house - eg. lateral raises with tins of food. Keeping your reps high doing a program put together with these kinds of exercises should get you off to a good start. Alternatively, there are also Charles Atlas type exercises (technical name for them escapes me), many examples of which you can find at http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competition/compindex.htm.
