Alright guys...I need your help! I just found out that I will be going to Rocky Point(a beach resort)in 10 days. I need to shape up and fast! I'm not REAL bad out of shape but need some serious toning! I'm female,34,112lbs. If you read my profile you'll see that I'm one of those "skinny" fat people. My problem areas are butt&thighs. I Know 10 days is a short time but I need to know what I should be doing to see the fastest results possible. Thank you guys so much!!!

Do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio everyday and eat a High protein moderate carb low fat diet.

Do many more reps on target area's (Less weight of course) And take less time between your sets. 10 days isnt much time, but you will see results. DONT OVER DO IT PLEASE.

you've got have a balanced meal plan...the carbs will have go down a bit...go for 3 or 4 cardio sessions of 30-40 min each / week and vary them...don't just use the treadmil or the bike each time..go for a combination and finish each session off having given it your best shot..

Everybody wants evrthing Now, results take time. you could try not eating & do Tons of cardio for the next ten days.......Butt hey , I'm no doctor.
