need help changing routine for home

hi everyone,
so i did the 4 week home exercise plan from this site. i thought it was 8 weeks and today i realized it was only 4....i definitely have not reached my goals...my body fat percentage is the same, though i think i gained some muscle. i really want to lose the body fat tough. i tried to change my exercise plan to the weight loss one, but i couldn't do 1/2 the exercises that were listed because the only equipment i have access to are 5lb dumbells. i don't have a gym memebership, and i can't get one.
can anyone help me figure out some more home exercises i can do? thanks!

Could you buy some free weights to keep at home? Many exercises have both a mashine version and a free weight version when you look closely.
Recistance bands can also be used, but they feel a bit different and you can't really put in any weights in the lists because it's too difficult to know, but it is very helpful if you've just started out. bands are also easier to carry home, and cost less ;)
