wel cheerleading compotition season is here again for me, unfortunally thats means practicing every night from 8 to 10 mon thru sun lol...........my question is if you have ever seen cheerleaing( coed ) its a full body work out, and I have to do this 7 days a week, 2 hours a day.......I need to know how can I work out? and what should I do? If I can't hit my stunts I get B'ed out! So any one with any suggestions or advice on a good work out i can do for 2 weks or so 2 or 3 times a week( just to maintain what I have)????????????????????????

Surely you won't lose that much in 2 weeks and as you said your going to be working pretty hard. IMO if I were you I would concentrate on my bread and butter for now. Get your routine, stunts, etc. right. Then go back and hit it hard. If you get in a tight, bench press one of your teammates. I just think that 2 or 3 days a week and you would be going backwards from where you are now and it may wear you out leaving less energy for your practices. Priorties Bro.

Andrew,
What i do on my off weeks is just some light resistance traing with a set of tight bands w/ handles. Got them at wal mart for like 15$. You can do bi's tri's, chest, back, sholuders, no legs though. But I do cardio on my off week every day. So that may work for you, helps with the mental aspect of losing your muslce tisse or eeling weak. Gives me a good pump, and makes me feel like I am not being lazy for not being in the gym. Most likely your cheerleading workouts is going give you the workout you need and your are nto gonna lose a thing. But try the bands an hit up some cardio and that should help your head but trust me your not gonna lose that much, your in the gym all the time so two weeks, not that bad. Hope this helps man. Peace.
