I am new to this site. I want to lose at least 200 pounds. I have consider all options, and decided that I will give this one more try. I currently weigh 365 pounds. I have really bad knees due to sports in high school. I was wondering if anyone could help me wth losing the weight and keep it off. Also with eating right and healthy. Thanks to all that are willing to help.
