Hey sorry havent talk to you guys in a while, but ima get back to it soon!
Right now, I am doing a school type III thing and I need your help. My topic is "How can regular exercise affect children;s life in a positive manner" I started to conduct research for my school and giving servey questions to teen's in my school like, "do you exercise and how often" In an addition, I thought it was a good idea to ask parents what their children's active life style is.
If you can answer any of the following questions to be apart of my research, it will be greatly appreciated:
*How many children do you have *Does your child enjoy exercising *Does your child partcipate in sports *Do you think that your child's life have benefited from exercise and in what way (Ex: reduced my childs stress)
Thank you! this would be soooo much of a help for me if you could answer any of these few questions
thank you tiffany

My wife and I have exercised all of my daughter's life. She grew up around it. She's not a "jock" but she runs on our treadmill, uses weights, and she loves my heavy bag.
To answer your survey:
One child she does enjoy exercising she used to swim competively (3rd in the state, but doesn't have time now.) I think she has benefited from exercise. It reduces stress for her, and keeps her in shape.

I have 2 girls one boy.
1 girl enjoys excersize and so does my son. My son plays hockey and lacrosse. In the summer they swim everyday. It gives my son more stamina, and confidence. Hope this helps

Start them young so they do not have to pay later. :)
2 children My children are 4 and 1. They are busy. hehehe. They run, swim, bounce on the trampoline, dancing around the house, sommersaults and climbing all over mom and dad. Yes my children are young but I believe that the activies they do help their well-being. Keeps them from being addicted to the boob tube and will facilitate an active and healthy lifestyle that will benefit them later in life. Both of us are in the military and the shared physical activity other than the dinner table bonds us as a family.
I know they are young but I hope this helps and that it is never too early to encourage an active lifestyle.
Funny story here. My daughter sees me workout at home and she starts doing it. I do push-ups she does push-ups. Yes I have some pink dumbbells and when I use our 20lb dumbbells she takes those pink ones and mimics me. hehehehe It is so cute.

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle
