hi all. well anyway heres my problem i want tone up mostly my jiggly arm and flabby stomach but keep my curvy figure. i want my hips and butt to stay the same size but firm and muscular. but i can only go to the gym 2 days a week on my days off for 2hrs day due to work and home. the programs here have me work out on my chest, shoulders, and triceps one day the next day back, biceps, legs and calves. i do this but don't have time for cardio which i don't do much of any way since my goal is to tone not lose. should i follow this or try to do total body workouts each of the 2 days just do different types of workouts each day. oh i have have the special 12 week ab program i try to do at home, but i just usually end up doing ab workouts on machines at the gym. i like freeweights were i can hit more than one muscle at a time. is there any hope for me? what should or can i do if any with my limited time? p.s. i sometime try to go twice a day if my scdule allows but still go on my next day off as usual.

I would go with total body training or Upper/Lower Split

Try to focus on big freeweight exercises....

Squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, chin ups, etc...2 days is plenty to get good results...I would lift at about 8 rep max....for those exercises....
