Hi, I'm joining the Marines in a few months, and I need to get into the infantry, specificlly a Expeditionary unit. To do so I need to get to running better, longer and, faster. Muscle's wouldn't hurt either(upper body). Though I'm a red meat addict, I can quit smoking but the Hamburger calls me and tacos mmmmm....anyways I'm not in bad shape but after 3 miles I want to pass out and die. I know its cause of my poor diet I need a week diet plan wondering if anyone out there could help out? Thanx.
