I am 25 and a mother of 3 I am trying to lose 20lbs, to be back to my NORMAL weight of 125, but I just dont seem to have the right idea on diet, I love salads, and I drink a lot of water. I am just now starting my gym membership back up what would be something good for me to do to lose weight safely and fast! thanks
