I have no exercise equipment and also have no money for a pass at the gym. Does anyone know of anything to use which could be found around the hourse?

This site offers a workout program using items commonly found around the house (example, a can of food). To lose fat you have to clean up your diet. Search the fit buddy at the bottom of the page for diet information. There is enough information, ideas, suggestions, to keep you busy for awhile. There is alot there. Don't get bogged down in the minor details. Try to get an idea of the 'big picture' regarding dieting. Go slowly, try to incorporate one change per week. Good Luck
