he yall, im a 22 year old student/writer, and i used to wrestle in high school. due to my schedule, and i suppose lack of motivation, ive neglected exercise for what i feel has been far to long. recently ive been getting back in the swing of things, getting my routine down, working on my core, chest, arms and legs, but dont really know how to go about getting back my muscular neck. should i just bridge on my heels and head over and over like i used to do on the mat or is there a better exercise for this? muscle group?
