150 LBS

Male
25 LBS Skinnier as of Last Month.
My regime is as follows:
Atkins-Induction
14 Carbs or less a day
Minimal Exercise(Walking around school, the mall, light weight lifting)
The Prob:
Ok, I think I'm pretty fat, I mean my belly and chest stick out. I've been soo embarrased I've even bought a $50 fat hider(like a really tight wife beater). And when that became victim of my cat I started using a belt to scrunch my chest so I look skinnier. Now that I'm starting to lose weight at 1 LB a day I think it's time I start with the emotional reprecussions of being fat. Some people say I'm too skinny, some say I'm fat! Any advice would be appreciated!!!
I suggest you do some searches on here and start eating healthy. How can you be losing 1 pound a day???
Get serious and start real exercise. Sorry to sound harsh.
