in y work out routine provided by free trainers it has be doing chest and ca;ves one day and tri's and the very next day.. anyway to change this.. im sure you guys have it this way for a reason.. but there is no way i can do tri's the day after i do chest.. my tris will be sore and weak,, un less its ok to do it that wya then iwill..
