hey i just wanted to pst my workout plan and see if people think its a bad plan or not...
monday, thursday---squats, leg curl, leg extensions, calfs,biceps, triceps
tuesday, friday----becnh press, lower back, military press, shrugs, dumbell press, pec fly, back
i do abs every day that i work out ...3 excercies of them
for my work outs i do 8 reps of 3 sets....
ive been doing this for 8 months now and ive gained about 10 pounds..and its not fat pounds...is this a good work out plan ?
