MY update after 3 months

Hi people once again!

I've been doing my regime for just about 3 months.

I wanted to gain a LOT of weight, and I am reasonably happy to report I have put on about 10lbs (just under a stone)

To me that sounds a lot, but visually, I don't think I've changed too much. (I still can't see those muscles!!)

Patience my friend...You can't change your appereance overnight. Maybe take a look at your routine...have you switched it up...if you've been doing high reps, did you switch to max lifts and vise versa, have you tried burnouts, pyramids, pre-exhaustion...for me do a set routine number (ie. 3x12) for more than 3-4 weeks is just to long that is the amount of time that it takes for me to quit feeling sore after workouts...so I change it to maybe 3x6-8, to trick the muscle and it is that tricking that makes those man makers grow.
