Hi,

Does anyone know of exercises to pump up arms? I'm religious with my dumbell exercises and I do notice curves in my arms but how do I induce my arms to get bigger? And I do other exercises for other parts of the body and jog. Thanks in advance!

The only way to grow muscle is with clean diet and exercise. It isn't a good idea to work just one part of the body either. If you fill out your profile and tell us about yourself, it will help us to help you.

Your arms are about 60% tricep and 40% bicep. Be sure you work both. Have you tried one of the FT routines yet?

Some of us genetically have small arms. My ares are so small that my little cousin can wrap her hand around them. I agree with the suggestions that Charlie and logger have made. Keep working hard, it is not going to happen over night. Good luck. Let me know if you get some more great tips. I could use them myself. LOL

yea please any tips great. I"m starting my workout regimine again after the xmas break and will have more equipment at my disposal. I don't get it thoughs, my pops has HUGE biceps n HUGE forearms n whole arms, but mine, still not there haha, then again I am only 16 :)
