I have several questions regarding my schedule.

a)My cardio is directly after work, which means my last meal before the cardio was about a 12:30 lunch, should I be eating before the cardio. If so is a snack sufficient or should it be a balanced meal?

b)The way my cardio workouts are setup generally at days when I am "resting" from the strength training, am I simply burning off the muscle that I have created at these times?

Thanks for your help everyone. If you notice anything else in my schedule that you could help me with please point it out.

And just as a site note I've only been visiting this site for a few days but this community is absolutly awesome. Everyone is so positive and helpful, its refreshing :).

Hey Pogu - help the folks help you. I'm guessing but based on your schedule and what you're doing, you're trying to lose body weight/fat.?? Off the top of my head, I'd suggest you take a look at one of the FT programs that might match your goals. If nothing else, take a look at the amount of really productive time you're working out - seems like an hour plus - could be excessive if you're REALLY going all out. and I'm curious as to how you separate strength training vs. weight training. Seems like you have enough cardio and ab work to cover any three of us but if it matches your goals...... :)

Sorry, the strength and weight training are the same thing, I don't know why I switched the words. The monday, thursday, and saturday strength/weight trainings that I have listed are all part of the program provided to me by FT. Then I threw in the basic 12 week ab program on top of it, and the cardio is just my regular "play as much basketball as I can" lifestyle.

Thanks for your help :)
