Can I do Tae-Bo on my rest days? I don't want to burn my self out. I'm even thinking about taking a jazz dancing class on my days off of the exercise plan. Are these things I can do? I used to dance 5 days a week 8-10 hours a day. Since I haven't done this in a while could I?
Not knowing what your goals are, but assumming that you wish to burn fat more than bulking up, I would say, "yes". This can be used as the cardio component of your workout.
I don't know how many rest days you have, but I would make sure you have at least one day a week where you don't do any strenous exercise.
The adaptations your body makes to exercise - building muscle, getting fitter etc, all occur during rest, and if you don't rest adequately, you will end up overtraining.
