well i have decided i will just do it. maybe not for 50 years, thats along time to thinnk ahead. but i will not follow a FT program they suck, and iknow what works and what doesn't, here's my program:
mon: legs +abs
tuesday: arms + back
wedsday: rest
thursday: legs and ab's
friday :arms + shoulder
weekends rest

i try the best i can to eat good. my family doesnt get good food so i do the best i can. i am taking creatine within 20 mintues after i work out. i know i can do it!

i've completed bodyforlife, i know what works. i am doing my own variation exclduing cardio 3 days a week. yes i have tried these programs with minimal results. i don't really do it to be healthy i do it to do it. plus i like to look jacked :)

i thought the same thing when i saw the program they gave me. what the hell right? they are the experts i am not. i went throuth the 12 week program gained 2,5 inches on arms went from med to large shirt and gained 15 lbs. give it a try what have you got to lose. and if you are young ditch the creatine and spend the money on protein shakes

you said you dont like ft's programe, well that will only leave one reason for you to be on FT and thats reading the information on this site....

you need to understand that no matter how much you work out you will never get big or get any result if you dont eat right and dont rest. eating right is different for every body, you need to give your body the protein (1g per pound of bodyweight), carbs, fat, that your body needs to grow...

ps. i sujest you read and do more research of how to gain weight and muscle mass before spending your time and energy cause if you dont have the right information and motivation you will Go DOwn...
