I used to be a fat kid. I started lifting weights like a year ago. I would do like 50 curls a night. i had not info about anything. I lost like 50 lbs, but it was more then fat, a lot of muscle was lost. I've been working out, working out for about 8 months now. Heres my mass plan: monday - chest, back, shoulders, tuesday - cardio, weds. - rest, thursday - triceps, biceps, forearms, friday - cardio. I do intensity trainging, not reps or anything, it goes like this 2 sets of 12, add 10 lbs, 2 sets of 10, add 10 lbs, etc... until I am doing 2 sets of 6, then I do 4 sets of 12 with the weight i used on the 2 sets of 8. Get it? Sound good? Basically the 2 sets of 6, are like so intense i am struggling on each lift. Got it?

Kind of confusing!! Are you signed up for a training program from FT? It would seem to make better sense and it would give you better focus. Try it!!

freetrainers = does not work period. for instance, if you do the mass program, the reps and all that = the same, and it tells you to do low reps :), the only thing that works is high intensity training. i just come here to talk to other people.
