Well here goes. After reading through hundreds of threads here while i should be working lol, picking up advice where possable and following the FT nutritional plan i've come up with a diet which i beleive i can follow, is practical for my work/life comitments and comes close to FT requirements.

Breakfast - 600ml skimmed milk, bowl of kellogs All Bran

mid morning - banana, fruit yogurt, 50g raisins.

Lunch - pasta meals consisting of - 100g pasta(dry weight) 150g tuna, 100g sweetcorn (weight before draining)

mid afternoon - banana, fruit yogurt, 250g cottage cheese(2% fat)

Evening meal/post workout meal - 250-300g chicken, boiled potatoes, mixed veg (frozen)

That gives me -

2,713 kcal Calories
485.8 g Carbohydrates
179.5 g Proteins
28.7 g Fats

I do have some variation depending on my evening meal, also have lean sausages and more pasta lined up.

I'm 24, 80kg and looking for fitness/fat loss before moving to muscle mass. This is in conjunction with the FT fitness plan, working out 4 days a week and hopefully cardio most mornings once i get more organised.

oops, i missed 600ml skimmed milk at both lunch and evening meal times.

I only planned to take milti vitamins, would there be any great benefit at this early stage to be looking into any other supliments?
