With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am in my third week of doing 2-3 30 min cardio sessions a week. In the past I have tried to do too much too fast without giving myself the time to build a routine and form a "habit" of working out. My idea is too continue the 2-3 30 min cardio sessions for another 3 weeks, and then add in 2 days of a full body workout(the 4 machines at our little apt gym). After 3 weeks of that I want to add in a third day of lifting.
Does this sound like a good plan to progressively increase my exersize while at the same time building a routine so that I don't fizzle out?
I am excited because 3 weeks straight is a HUGE accomplishment for me, and I want to keep it up!
