Ok, i know that all of you have certain music that you gotta listen to get JACKED!...I myself perfer Punk....nothng like it to make you wanna put your head through the wall....

I like anything with a good beat (I like variety). But don't ever play "N' Sync" or the "Backstreet Boys" when I lift Because I will get weak and sick to the stomach.

my gym plays awful music at low volume. I tune it out and focus on my workout whenever possible.
I use a walkman only when I'm doing abs and then I listen to Jimi Hendrix.

I must be the odd ball here, i go for country music. not the slow stuff but the more upbeat country (but i guess compared to the hard rock all of country is slow stuff)

i listen to a group called your mom yeh when ever i hear "your great in the sack" from your mom it gets me pumped up
