I started lifting heavier weights than usual, and doing weights before Cardio; My arms have been killing me for 3 days. :) Should I stop lifting until they feel better, or continue to do it every other day? I alternate upper / lower body weights. Eg; Mon: arms Tues: Legs Weds: Arms

Thanks :dumbbell::love:

body needs more rest... good rule is that a body part no more than once every 5-7 days

My Catahoula did it.

I saw a book titled "Sex for Dummies" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?

In terms of recovery time everyone is different. Wouldn't disagree with the 5-7 days as a rule of thumb however I can personally get away with 4/5 days on certain body parts. A split routine like you mentioned is a good idea by way of working around sore muscles and still getting a workout in. I like to warm up and also warm down before and after training incorporating stretching which can reduce after training soreness. Just remember the importance of proper rest,
