I read in an article today that usually the day after your muscles are a bit sore and that is due to the tears you create in your muscle. and the next day is when it starts healing and creates muscle growth. Is there an a limit to how much muscle you can grow?? and the longer the period of time that you work out will that aid in making your metabolism faster. Ie my metabolism will be faster in 3 months than it is now because i will have more muscle built up than i do now, and is faster now than it was when i first started working out 3 months ago or does metabolism peak or have a top out limit?
