Hello All, thanks for your help. I am a 42 year old, 6 ft, 185 lbs. In pretty good shape, been working out off and on for two years. I would like to gain some muscle, mostly shoulders and chest, maybe some on legs. But I don't want to put on too much fat. Any ideas? Thanks
