Ive been doing boxing for a while and just made the transition to muay thai, and let me say it is much harder and much more technical. I am quickly realizing that my strength training regiment is not the optimal training for me and that what I really need to work on is speed and endurance. Can anyone give me an example of their speed/endurance work outs, preferably those geared towards fighting? Thanks to everyone for your help
