To keep me motivated, I like to pick up a fitness magazine once in awhile, i learn new tips, and just by simply reading it, makes me want to push myself to reach my goals.
I also find it helpful to have a workout buddy. Someone who is just as serious as you are to get into shape. This way you can motivate each other.
I also found myself to be more motivated if i stuck to a diet I could live with. Making healier choices rather than going on a strict diet. Personally I like to save my weekends for "cheat days" but still take into consideration, portion sizes. This way, by eating healthy all week, I have something to look forward to on the weekend for a job well done!
