Hey sorry i write so much but im new at these i just want to get my facts striaght...i have a question....how can u get really motivated at like 5am when u go to bed at 1130....i want to workout early but its hard i usually fall back asleep..what can i do to stay up and do my workout?
I have been trying to wake up early and work out for oh... a couple years now... I say that not to discourage you but you may need to find another time that works for you. I guess it depends on what time you have to be up too. I have to be up by 5:30am I also need a lot of sleep so I go to bed around 10.
