Hey everyone. Pardon me if this question has been asked before, but I have been trying to take in 180 grams of protein a day and it was working fine until I started working and going to school all the time, so sometimes I'll only get about 120 - 140 grams of protein (and even less than that depending on the day). How negatively will this affect my gains, if at all? I'm trying to gain mass.

If you go prepared as I always do, you should not have a problem keeping up with your protein needs. Just bring along a shaker bottle and a couple MRP's or protein servings in a baggy and a quick shot of water and mix, and 'voila, protein. Even if you stay where you are on protein, I don't think it will affect your gains too much. I imagine 120 -140 grams is probably more than you weigh anyway, thus the minimum 1 gr. per lb. of bodyweight.
