How was everyone's weekend? With friend visiting and babysitting our 3 month old cousin, I didn't do too bad on eating, but didn't get in as much exersize as I would have liked. I will be lifting today, and my goal is to lift 3 times and do cardio 2 times this week. Hope everyone has a good week!

Gosh I nearly forgot!! It IS Monday! My weekend went so fast!!! OK all remember, share your accomplishments and what got you down so we can support one another in both!!
I worked all the way through the week and weekend putting new office together still for our grand opening on Dec. 1. Though I didn't work out much, I ate well and made it through Halloween candy stuff!! So, I accomplished my goal to return to my better eating habits more and my bummer was not getting in the exercise I had hoped, but I am moving my glider to my bedroom so I can do that every morning or evening, there is something about my workout room that I just can't get to it everyday, so I figure if my glider is in my face I can't avoid it as easily! Then I will be doing my weights and boxing 3X a week also!

Well, Saturday is my free day...so I had some pizza and strawberry ice cream. It was really tasty, too. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary happened. I didn't do anything for Halloween this year. I usually dress up and appear at my town's Street Fest, passing out stuff to the kids (microwave popcorn or animal crackers...according to age and/or behavior). I just wasn't into it this year. There's usually a few teenage boys who want to pick a fight with Batman...and while I would love to deck them and keep moving...there are real implications in doing that! I have been good about the gym last week, and this week has started out fine. I'm just weaker than I should be for my age and size. Whatever. I'm sure it'll come back in time.

Good to see you both here!! I know there are more out there, maybe it will take a day or two to catch up, I know I finally realize it's monday by tuesday or wednesday, lol!! CrystalBelle had it totally together, though I don't know how after taking care of a three month old - that is a big job, though a wonderful one!!
Hey, Batman good job on the gym! And there is NOTHING weak about Batman! I just use my Electrawomen electric sonic wave telepathic sensors when I am wanting to mess with someone, it's harder to prove in court!

I'm here! Monday did slip into Tuesday for me. OOPPSS!!! I've had the past two days of good eating so I'm looking for some excitement when I weigh in again Monday morning.
Last night I walked/ran a mile and a half on my treadmill. WOOHOO! Today is a dreary day. It's supposed to rain most of it.
My husband and I got out to vote early this morning. Nothing like cancelling each other's votes. LOL
My goals are to stay on plan with eating and exercise!
