I'd love to say that I'm right on target with my goals, but that'd be a lie. :(

I've gotten in my routines, but my food intake and water intake are still pretty poor.

Way to go to those of you who are sticking with your goals this week. I promise to get there too. I'm tired of disappointing myself!

I'm doing pretty good with my cardio but not so good with the lifting. Think I'll try and make it to a power yoga class tonight.

Thanks Ladies,
Day by day huh. It's great to have your support!

Im not doing too badly on my goals. I just have this feeling sometimes that it's slipping away, but I know it's not true. You know how it is when you haven't been 100% dedicated. We'll get there though, I know it.

1. I'm actually going to count calories this week. Never paid attention to it before, but I will this week.
2. I'm going to do 4 cardio sessions this week
3. I'm going to do 3 weight sessions this week

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

My goals are to lift 3 times this week, and do cardio 2 times this week. Also, to keep an even keel at work!

Step 1: To stay on the wagon for a whole week (lifting, cardio, eating clean).

My goals are to keep my chin up and concentrate on a more balance workout. I lost 5 more inches in the last couple weeks but would like to see more, especially the thigh area. I want to lift at least 3 times this week and swim at least 3 times and box at least 4 times and glider 3 times for my cardio.

My goal is to eat clean one day in hopes that it will spill over to the next day. ARGH!!!

My second goal is to measure using a tape measure rather than my scale for progress!

My last goal is to get more water in throughout the day.

Im going to copy Phimugirls! Except for the measuring tape, Im steering clear of that for a while. Honestly Im having the worst couple of weeks.

I've spent every spare second I have doing research for a business we are hoping to open. Learning about the dreaded tax system and getting a head start on my business course but studying bookkeeping. On top of that I've had to go back to full time work so the bank likes us enough to give us some money. Im trying hard to get the OH to write his job history and qualifications so I can keep going on this horrible business plan thingy the bank wants. OH types too slow and can't get his point across without talking too much. Oh, no that's me! Sorry to bored you, quick vent.

It's hard, Donna, when outside things influence our workouts! I get so busy with other things and I forget that the priority is ME! Because without me, there would be some problems, lol! Try to remember that you are a priority and that every effort you use to improve upon your health will come back ten fold in other ways in your life!

Good luck with the new business, I remember when I purchased our commercial print shop, I ate and slept work, but that is when my body went to he##, too, so try to allow yourself some ME time, too!

I agree Veda, you lose track of yourself while you are trying to keep everyone else happy. I was informed last night that whichever way it goes we are opening this business, even if we have to use our own money instead of the banks. Im not sure if Im in agreement, it's a scary idea to go into it with no backing. To lose a weekly pay cheque and hope things get off the ground!

I am pretty sure we could do it, we both have the knowledge, but there is always a chance of something going wrong.

You know I always used to be a "glass is half full" person! I wonder where that person went to. Anyway, Im going to try hard to eat right. I have no problem getting some exercise in, full time cleaning. Those vaccuums weigh a ton after a while! LOL
