I am 29 and, of course after kids the weight stayed but the kids never left.....everywhere!I was in great shape recently but know it consists of uncomfortable clothes. Staying inside and flab that God didn;t intend to make!i've tried everything, except the scale which topped 215lbs. Whats up with that? I have no energy and diet pills just don't work. Not too mention the promise i made of no belly or big thighs. I need help and someone to keep me on track. I'm hoping the fat is over the muscle!In same situation? Let me know what works.
