SHOULD I SQUEEZE 2 DAYS IN 1 DAY OR SHOULD I MAKE IT UP ON MY DAYS OFF OR SKIP THE DAYS MISSED AND CONTINUE ON THE DAY SCHEDUELED

If u squeeze 2 days in a day then give a good rest 2 ur body.I follow each body part a day with special emphasis on my arma and back.

your body aint a machine...if you skip a day or 2 its okay...just don't get used to doing that

RENANDLINDA, WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING!!

A little bit of advice to help keep your santity. If you miss a workout or if you cheat on your diet don't try to play catch up just to get back on track. If it is shoulder day do shoulders if Bi-ceps work them but don't try to catch up it will only screw up your routine. If you over eat don't starve yourself for the next 3 days doing so will only hurt you more.
