Missed Workouts...

I've missed two workouts b/c of a personal problem I call procrastinating. So should I enter zero's for reps and weights or should I leave it blank?

Anyone have the same trouble? with procrastinating on when to go w/o and then it's time to go to bed...? I need some motivation pills or something.

Motivation pills? Hmmm, no. What you need is some determination, and self-discipline. Respect yourself. When you do that, then you can take yourself seriously enough to NOT procrastinate. Suck it up and get your butt to the gym. This may sound harsh, but, it is true my friend. Write down your goals and why you are training, this may help as well. Good luck:dumbbell:
