Ok, well I live in Minnesota, and the State Fair is here. If you've ever been to the Minnsota State Fair, you know what I'm talking about. There was a recent study and the approximetly 7 trillion calories there, and it's all on a sitck. lol (I'm not kidding) What am I supposed to do about this? I mean I bet none of you have heard of deep fried candy bars on a stick before! I've never seen anything healthy there! Do you think I should just skip this day and pig out like I usually do? I have no idea.

If it's been a while since you cheated, a few 'bad' but very tasty treats won't hurt much. I don't know about a complete pigout though....lol.

Finally another Minnesotan!! Welcome! Ummm all the fair food would probably make me puke though... they do fry everything and throw it on a stick. I haven't been there in years though since I hate the food, the crowds, and the music. Not meaning to sound negative though ;)

IN the food building you can find grilled shrimp, grilled chicken and some vegetable dishes at the different ethnic stands.
And don't forget - you will be wanting to bring your water bottle (you can refill at the Glenwood stand).
Have fun, enjoy the fair, avoid the crap. But you may want to pick one cheat item... just not the deep-fried candy bar!
