Hi guys,
I just bought a supplement but it's not whey. It's called " Instant Milk & Egg Protein for bodybuilding"
The nutrionist there said that this supplement was best for beginners. It tastes ok except for the bits and lumps...which are disgusting. I took it with water for post-wrokout but it's toooo disgusting. Is there anyway I can take it with milk?
Can u pls tell me if this is any good. Can it replace a meal also? I want only lean muscle and I dnt want any extra fat. Does this do what I want it to?
The label of the product is on the link below, just copy and paste.

casien is a type of protein most people use at night (spelling m ight be wrong)
but it is a slow burning protein, that is supposed to help aid in feeding the muscles while your sleeping.
about the hot feeling? i am not sure, maybe it is the protein or something that is in it.
look under the supplements section and under the third (i believe) thumb tac is a list of protein sources and quality.

So can I take it with juice to get an insulin spike.......and then at night take it with milk before I sleep. Is one at night necessary?

the main protein in milk is casein.
have u tried a protein powder called casilan 90? It has a high percentage of protein and has an all natural, plain flavour,so u can add it to ur favourite foods too..its not very expensive either..all natural protein, it has no flavour. only problem is, it forms lumps too..but if u stir well with a bit of milk it'd be fine.
