Mikey..don't eat anything that has been previously processed if you are trying to lean out. Eat natural foods, that you have to prepare yourself. Just read the labels and you will see why. Dump the diet soda if it has aspartame.

Do a search on aspertame in any search engine. Airline pilots are forbidden to use any products containing aspertame. Stick with the lowfat yogurt but read the labels. I'm sure other's on here will give some opinions as well.

If I had time to search for my self I would, but I don't so can some one give me the 30 sec spot on why aspertame is so bad for you?

Aspertame has been known to cause sudden seizures, migrains, tremors, stress, to name a few.

eeew... no more diet pop for me then. Just when I had finally gotten over how bad it tastes. (Pop is my one bad vice) Shaolin, you could try sweetening your yogurt with a little honey.

If you are looking to save time on meal prep by microwaving, here are some tips (I work full time so this really comes in handy) buy some little tuperware or ziplock containers. whenever you cook, make an extra portion or two (Having chicken for dinner? make an extra breast) Freeze the extra in you container and you have instant "t.v" dinners that you know are good for you and clean. Alot of the pre fab ones are high carb, low protien, not to mention all the preservatives. (They are usually low fat but when you look at the fat ratios its all saturated)

Honey...there is a good source. I hate the stuff but its ok. Not trying to scare anyone with the aspartame but those are only a few. Stick with stuff like splenda or sucrlose.

Splenda or stevia. Splenda is sucralose. *wink*
