I found a new popular way of training ...metal militia which is an alternative method of training to west side barbell....wonder what you guys think..supposedly it's even more useful than westside barbell for bench
Most of the members of metal militia spend more time on the bench because they don't focus as much on the squat or deadlift. Therefore they can put more energy into the bench press.
