I need to lose weight for medical reasons but I need to do it fast. I hav eback problems so really I can't lift weights but I can walk and do stuff like that. Any suggestions on how to lose it fast??
I would bet that a qualified trainer could come up with a weight training routine that works around your restrictions.
Your eating plan is going to be the biggest factor in weight loss. Exercise is important but if you don't eat clean and eat the right amount you will not see the best results.
