Where does everyone get a good meal plan.
I am 5'2, 125 lbs
The plan I'm on right now is 1300 cal.
40%carb
30%pro.
30% fat
My calories are probably too low.
I want to get my body fat lower

Most people create their own meal plans, according to what foods they prefer and how those foods fit into their macronutrients and caloric intake.

1300 is a little low. If you have been doing 1300 as a baseline, you may want to increase by 100 cal and see what happens.

If you want to lose body fat you need to make most of your carbs come from fibrous vegetables, and increase your protein, more of a 40/40/20 p/c/f split.

Thanks for the tips,
What types of veggies are you eating? I know avocado is one of the higher ones in fiber and essential fat
