Just wondering. Are you supposed to count your pre-workout meal (whey, orange), and your post workout shake as 2 of your 6 daily meals....

If it carries enough nutrients and calories to count, I'd say count it.

One of the tips I keep seeing on FT is to try to get a bit of everything in each meal, so I add a handful of oats or half a banana and some peanut butter to my shakes.
