ok, if you check out my profile, you will know what I am trying to work on. I need to lose another 15 pounds and then focus on increasing my muscle mass. I have been doing cardio 4 days a week and weight training 4 days. I also have been on a low fat and low sugar diet. I have successfully lost about 9 pounds in a months time, but I would like some tips on my training and my dieting to achieve this 15 pounds that still needs to come off and then my weight training goals. Would love your alls input greatly!!!

From your profile it sounds like you know what to do. Having trained folks and having a "degree", it should be obvious to you on how to approach this.

Surely you know that it is not just a low fat/low sugar diet. It is a caloric deficit at the right pace to tap into your fat stores consisting of lean proteins to spare lean tissue. No processed carbs, good EFA's in your diet. This along with proper exercise, resistance training first and cardio, will get you where you want.
